Éire Dialogue at the DCIF Annual Peace Conference

On 15 September 2025, we had the pleasure of joining the Dublin City Interfaith Forum (DCIF) for their Annual Peace Conference at the beautiful Mansion House. It was a day filled with meaningful conversations, genuine connections, and a shared hope for a more peaceful and inclusive Ireland.

The conference brought together academics, faith leaders, community activists, and people who simply care about making their communities kinder and more understanding. Throughout the day, we listened to inspiring talks about global peace efforts and the small but powerful local initiatives that help bring people together across different backgrounds and beliefs.

Being there on behalf of Éire Dialogue felt incredibly special. It was uplifting to meet so many like-minded people who are passionate about dialogue, compassion, and building bridges in their everyday work. The atmosphere was warm, open, and full of goodwill, exactly the kind of environment that reminds us why we do what we do.

We left the conference with new ideas, new friends, and a renewed sense of purpose. Events like this show just how much can be achieved when communities come together with respect and curiosity.

A huge thank-you to DCIF for inviting us and for hosting such a thoughtful, inspiring gathering. We’re excited to carry the energy of that day into our work and to continue collaborating with others who share our vision of a peaceful and welcoming Ireland.
