This programme strengthens organisational governance, legal compliance, and accountability through quarterly structured reviews combined with targeted capacity-building sessions. It supports EireDialogue in maintaining strong governance standards, clear documentation, effective oversight, and continuous improvement.

Format: Quarterly structured compliance reviews + workshops
Venue: EireDialogue premises and online (Dublin)

Adult volunteers, Association Directors, board members, and governance leads.
